Unit Features:

All suites will have contemporary outdoor living/dining spaces with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Coronado Islands . Each suite will be delivered fully furnished and will include rose-wood cabinetry, limestone, marble and top-of-the-line appliances.

Hotel Features & Amenities:

Ownership at Trump Ocean Resort will entitle you to all the amenities and services expected of a 5 Star luxury resort and of course a concierge to cater to your every whim. Arrive at the resort and your needs and desires will be met. You have adult and family pools, a spa, tennis courts, event space, a variety of restaurants and lounges. The gardens of the hotel are a mix of traditional Mexican typologies and less formal open spaces, where small pesos are juxtaposed with retaining walls that follow the contours of the site. The landscape gently steps down in terraces to the pool area, where there is an infinity edge pool, and separate adult pool.

Other amenities in the hotel include a general store with a full range of all the necessities- local artists and artisans are represented in the adjacent gallery shop. The fully equipped meeting space has a ballroom for large functions as well as smaller meeting rooms for the corporate retreat market out of San Diego . In a location like this, a great spa experience is given. This space opens out into a traditionally planned courtyard with the sound of moving water creating a soothing atmosphere in which to enjoy your spa treatments.

Location & Nearby Attractions:

Trump Ocean Resort is located only 30 minutes from San Diego along the scenic highway in Baja , California . North Baja is a jumping off point for the whole Baja Peninsula , an incredible nexus of activity, with some of the finest sailing, fishing, kayaking, and off-roading anywhere on the Pacific Coast . The North Baja has been a retreat for generations of Southern Californians , but definitely for those with a more adventuresome spirit. People are coming here for something slightly different both in terms of culture and freedom. Whether that means a casual bite, a meal of organically grown (from the family's own ranch) beef and lamb at El Nido, or lobster at Puerto Nuevo, the experience is memorable.

Due to SEC regulations governing the sale of condo hotels, we are not permitted to provide this information. Living Restrictions: 
Owners at Trump Ocean Resort Baja, Mexico may live in their unit for 365 days a year, however, assuming you choose to place your unit into the hotel's rental program, their will be a restriction on your annual usage. What the permitted usage is has not yet been determined.

BAJA , MEXICO -Trump Ocean Resort Baja Mexico will be situated on 17 acres of pristine land overlooking the Pacific and the Coronado Islands . The Trump Ocean Resort is North Baja's first condo/hotel luxury resort featuring a 526-suite luxury condominium-hotel resort, which will be rising south of the border over the next few years, according to information released by Donald Trump. The resort is located just South of San Diego and will be the first property along the peninsula to combine luxury resort amenities and services with real estate ownership.

Construction is scheduled to begin in late 2006, with the completion of the first tower set for late 2008. Build-out of the resort will be completed over the next three to four years.  

Trump Ocean Resort Baja Mexico will cater to owners and guests with a collection of typical luxury resort amenities, such as an owner’s concierge, lobby bar and lounge, spa, fitness center, tennis courts, and resort, lap and family pools.

Trump Ocean Resort Baja will redefine the standard of premier property ownership and service excellence for all of Northern Mexico ,” says Trump. “I’ve always said, ‘location is everything,’ and being just 30 minutes from Downtown San Diego makes this an ideal locale for a premier resort property.”

Location and luxury were two of the resort’s largest components. People in the US are purchasing a large number of Second homes in Mexico and lots.  When you look at the value a buyer can get on the coast for a luxury product there’s really nothing that compares north of the border. What’s unique about this product is it really takes that trend and steps up the quality. Most products in the Baja region of Mexico are three-star category resorts, but Trump Ocean Resort will be in four- to five-star category”

The resort’s design team will be led by Guerin Glass Architects, who served as lead architects on the Trump Tower Waikiki with offices in Honolulu and New York City .

The architecture of Trump Ocean Resort is not what you would immediately expect for this part of the Baja. These are bold towers that speak to sophisticated world architecture. The concept for the architecture comes out of the land, with its fractured and contours and cliffs. There are specific references to some of the great 20th century Mexican architects like Luis Barragnan and Ricardo Legoretta in the building podium, public spaces and pool areas.

PHASE (One) I of (Three) III, and it is the ONLY phase currently being offered for sale.  With a multitude of floor plans that include studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms, three bedrooms and expansive 2-story penthouse residences with each tower rising 26 stories high.

Title and Ownership in Mexico:
Properties in Mexico are not owned in a Fee Simple manner as in the US.  The Mexican Government only allows ownership of property in a Bank Trust (Fidecomiso)
