40 Unit BLOWOUT
Pricing:
Trump
International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas
has given us some spectacular pricing on 40 one
bedroom units remaining for sale in Tower I.
Remember, in 64 stories and 1,282 total units, there
are 880 studios, 352 one bedroom’s and 50
penthouses. All studios are sold. Of the balance of
41 one bedroom’s for sale, we have only one 38th
floor South Strip view for $1,355,000 (sorry, no
discount on this one).
Mr. Trump has come up with a plan to market the
remaining 40 one bedroom condos in Tower I. It is my
belief we will never experience a price break like
this ever again at TRUMP LAS VEGAS.

The Trump
International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas is
a 64 story hotel-condominium (condo-hotel) under
construction on Las Vegas Boulevard in Clark County,
Nevada named for famed real estate developer Donald
Trump. It is being built across the street from Wynn
Las Vegas on 3.46 acres of the New Frontier Hotel
and Casino. It will feature both non-residential
hotel condominiums and residential condominiums.
It has been announced that Donald
Trump, due to the overwhelming sellers response from
his first tower, will build a second, identical
tower next to the first tower.
When completed, it will be Las
Vegas's tallest residential building at 620ft
(190m).
History
The project was announced in 2004 as
a joint project between Donald J. Trump, Brett J.
Plant, and Phil Ruffin. The project is being
designed by Bergman, Walls & Associates and built by
Perini Building Company.
Prior to construction, Trump built a
sales center for his tower on Las Vegas Boulevard.
The temporary sales center cost nearly $3 million.
Construction

in August 2007
from the Riviera Hotel
and Casino.
The Tower was to increase by one
floor every 4 days. And was expected to open by
early 2008. The progress of the tower can be seen
from Desert Inn Road.
